Not easy to ind the right routing and avoid the worst spots dodging the thunderstorms of a big low. Stephan and Jeannette join us on this crossing along the borders of the Bermuda Triangle.

On the second Greatcircle we never sailed to Santa Lucia and the Grenadines. On the first Greatcircle we didn't go to the Grenadines either. We were there on a charter cat over 20 years ago and on Seatramp in January 2019. Not too much worries about the definition of circumnavigating, let's just sail to Martinique again as the new rudders are already arriving there.

The doldrums around the equator are known for their enormous no-wind areas but also for a series of squalls and thunderstorms. We try to slalom in this area and are constantly caught between looking for wind and avoiding too much wind. And then there is the rain, this time it's raining outside and inside the boat
